amazing staff quick check-in great hospitality
the front desk staff WERE amazing. they were very cute and genuinely eager to ensure MY stay was perfect. check-in was quick, and they provided local recommendations. their hospitality really set THE tone for the entire experience.
i was given two cheap plastic cups in a plastic bag. after getting a rude response on the phone from reception, i went downstairs to ask for three glasses. i was told we weren't allowed to have any glasses AS the new manager is clamping down on giving them out.

The check in staff was excellent. I found everything clean and well maintained. Showers in the rooms were very good. I stayed at other hotels, but this one is best for me.
I booked a room as advertised with a large bed and big TV. I received a small room instead , with no view and a laptop sized TV attached to the wall. The walls were also paper thin , and I could hear everyone in rooms on either side.

convenient location easy access dining options
the location was very convenient. the nearby metro stations provided easy access to various parts of the city. i found several dining options within a short walk. i appreciated having hyde park so close.
i noticed a slight delay with hot water in the bathroom.

the room was recently renovated. i received a complimentary upgrade and found the staff very friendly. check-in and check-out were quick and simple
